Rose Garden
This 0.87 ha (2.1 ac) site was underutilized and contributed very little to the overall urban matrix of Brampton. This development plans to release the potential of the subject site and beautify Downtown Brampton’s Central Area while introducing a range of housing, retail and amenity spaces. The development will consist of two 29-storey buildings providing over 700 residential units.
The site provides a high-quality outdoor amenity with inclusion of a playground area and allow for multi-aged use of the site while still being designed to relate to the architectural materiality and aesthetic. In the design of the outdoor amenity/playground area it aims to utilize crime prevention through environmental design principles and contribute to the urban canopy through tree planting.

Mohawk Road
This 3.96 ha (9.79 ac) mixed-use community is organized around three high-rise towers (20–25 storeys) supported by a collection of low- and mid-rise buildings that gently transition in scale toward the surrounding residential neighbourhood. The site is structured by a generous central linear park that acts as the primary green space, linking courtyards, pathways, and amenity spaces across the development.
At the Mohawk Road East and Upper Sherman Avenue corner, a vibrant public plaza anchors the site and welcomes people into a pedestrian-focused commercial woonerf. Framed by active at-grade uses, street trees, and wide sidewalks, this shared street creates a lively urban connection between buildings and provides safe, comfortable spaces for walking, gathering, and everyday activity. Together, the open-space network, tree-lined streets, and pedestrian-focused design create a cohesive and inviting environment for residents and visitors alike.

Cooke Boulevard
Key features of this 1.58 ha (3.9 ac) site include a prominent Privately-Owned Publicly Accessible Space (POPS) at the south end, which functions as a central community amenity and an inviting entry point into the development. Complementing this is a continuous pedestrian walkway along the east edge of the property, creating strong connections between Masonry Court, Cooke Boulevard, the POPS, and further south toward Plains Road.
Beyond its role as a circulation spine, this pedestrian route also incorporates a concealed but effective stormwater strategy: a French drain system embedded beneath the walkway helps manage on-site drainage while maintaining a clean, unobtrusive landscape character. Together, these elements support a highly walkable, connected, and environmentally responsive open-space framework for the site

Trend East
This 4.9 ha (1.9 ac) site represents the second phase of the Trend development and includes an eight-storey and a twelve-storey residential tower, together providing 605 units. Parking is primarily located below grade, allowing the ground plane to be dedicated to a variety of outdoor amenity spaces and pedestrian connections that link across the site and extend outward into the surrounding community.
Adjacent to Valley Trail Place in Waterdown, the design also incorporates a neighbourhood park space intended for passive recreation, featuring open lawn areas and looping trail connections. Integrated green infrastructure—including bioswales and French drains beneath permeable walkways—supports effective on-site stormwater management while enhancing the overall landscape experience.

Waterfront
This 2.06 ha (5.09 ac) mixed-use development integrates residential and commercial uses within a landscape-focused site design that prioritizes high-quality outdoor spaces at grade. The site includes a free-standing commercial building and a 49-storey residential tower, connected by pedestrian walkways, landscaped buffers, and planted edges that enhance circulation and define the public realm. Passive green spaces, seating areas, and a designated pet area are thoughtfully arranged to support daily use and create a comfortable, inviting ground plane.
The residential tower also includes four programmed rooftop amenity spaces that extend outdoor opportunities above grade. Together, the ground-level landscape and rooftop amenities provide a balanced mix of passive and social spaces, contributing to a cohesive and well-connected outdoor environment
